What you get

  • A code that makes program exports free during the beta, normally £149 each.
  • Direct line to the engineer who built it. Bugs you report get fixed, usually within days.
  • Early access to new features as they ship, starting with more robots and cell objects.

Two ways to help

  • Build a cell. Drop in a robot, pallets and conveyors and tell us what's awkward or missing. Ten minutes in a browser, no robot needed.
  • Run the code. Export a program for a robot you actually work with and run it on a real robot or in a simulator (KUKA.Sim, OfficeLite, WorkVisual or RobotStudio). Exports are free for testers.
  • Either way, fifteen minutes of feedback by email or a short call: what worked, what didn't, what's missing.

Who it's for

Anyone who designs or programs robot cells: robot programmers, controls and maintenance engineers, small integrators, and college or university labs. For running the code, KUKA robots on KRC4 (KSS 8.x) or ABB robots for palletising. Palletising and pick-and-place cells are the best fit today.

What it does today

Cell builder with 20 KUKA robots (KR QUANTEC, IONTEC, FORTEC, 20 to 800 kg) generating KUKA KRL from positions taught on screen. ABB RAPID palletising programs from the palletising generator. ABB and UR robots in the cell builder, and KR PA palletisers, are not supported yet.

How to apply

Email support@path2.io with the subject Path2 beta tester and a few lines on:

Robot model and controller (e.g. KR 210 R2700, KRC4, KSS 8.6) Application (palletising, depalletising, pick and place, other) Where you'll test it (cell builder only, real robot, KUKA.Sim, OfficeLite, RobotStudio) Your role and company, if you're happy to say

You'll hear back within a couple of days. If you just want to try the cell builder, start now and email us what you think.

Safety first

Beta software is beta software. Run every generated program first in T1 at reduced speed with the robot clear of people and equipment, check every position before running in automatic, and work within your site's risk assessment and safety procedures. You remain responsible for the safe commissioning of your robot cell.
